If your company pays the HRD Corp levy, you can use it to send staff on training with a registered training provider. MTTC College is an HRD Corp registered training provider, so our short courses can be claimed under the HRD Corp Claimable Courses scheme (Skim Bantuan Latihan Khas, SBL-KHAS).

Step by step

  1. Choose the course and date on our website, then register and choose Company invoice / bank transfer – mention HRD Corp in the notes.
  2. We send you a quotation, the trainer profile and the course schedule – the documents HRD Corp asks for.
  3. Apply for the grant in eTRiS. Log in to your employer account, go to Application → Grant → Apply Grant, choose HRD Corp Claimable Courses: Skim Bantuan Latihan Khas, select MTTC College as the training provider, add the course, trainees and fees, attach the documents and submit.
  4. Wait for approval. A grant officer reviews the application; you'll see the status in eTRiS and by email. Apply well before the course starts – we suggest at least two weeks.
  5. Attend the course. Trainees sign the attendance list each day.
  6. We handle the claim with HRD Corp after the course using the attendance and invoice.

Do we need to pay upfront?

Under the SBL-KHAS scheme, employers are not required to pay the course fee upfront – the approved fee is paid from your levy balance.

Not registered with HRD Corp?

You can still book any course and pay online by card or FPX, or ask for a normal company invoice.
