Overview
KSU's Executive MBA is a one-year programme for experienced professionals and mid-level managers who want to strengthen their strategic leadership and accelerate their careers.
It builds strategic thinking, leadership and data-driven decision-making, with a strong emphasis on applying artificial intelligence and digital technologies in management and business transformation.
The programme is practice-based: instead of a traditional thesis you complete a High-Impact Business Development Capstone Project, presented in Vilnius, alongside real business cases, simulations, an AI Implementation Sprint and networking with international professionals.
