Overview

Building Information Modelling (BIM) is the process of creating and managing information about a building – from design, through construction, to facility management after handover. It lets architects, engineers and contractors work together on one digital model.

The Professional Certificate in BIM (PCBIM) is a hands-on programme for people who want to work on BIM projects. Over 3 months you build full 3D models in Autodesk Revit for architecture, structure and MEP, coordinate them in Navisworks, run clash detection, 4D construction simulation and 5D quantity take-off, and learn how BIM projects are managed with a BIM Execution Plan and a Common Data Environment (CDE). You finish with a final project presentation and sit the Autodesk Certified User (ACU) exam at our Certiport testing centre.

The programme comes with AEC OnePass – unlimited access to 100+ online courses in BIM, AutoCAD, Revit, project management and digital construction – so you can keep upskilling after the classroom training. Individual and corporate participants are welcome.
