Each module blends hands-on practice with real-world applications – from space planning and AI-generated design options to photorealistic renders, technical drawings, automated BOQ and a client-ready presentation.

Day-by-day programme
Day 1
Design foundations & smart planning
- Module 1 · Spatial thinking & design foundations – design concepts and spatial analysis, zoning and space planning, AI layout suggestions, moodboard and style exploration
- Module 2 · Coohom layout foundations – floor plan to 3D conversion, AI wall and structure generation, room setup and components, spatial validation
- Module 3 · Rapid layout iteration – multiple layout options, space efficiency, quick AI-assisted revisions, evaluating design alternatives
Day 2
Design development & AI visualisation
- Module 4 · Design development & storytelling – concept development, style direction and themes, colour, materials and finishes, creating a design narrative
- Module 5 · AI generative design & materiality – AI style and design generation, textures and finishes, furniture and décor selection, modern, luxury and minimal styles
- Module 6 · Rendering & visual composition – lighting (ambient, task, accent), photorealistic rendering, camera angles and perspectives, panoramas and 360° views
Day 3
Technical documentation & client presentation
- Module 7 · Technical drawings & documentation – 2D drawings from 3D models, dimensions and annotations, plans, elevations and sections, export to CAD and PDF
- Module 8 · Automated costing & BOQ – auto BOQ from the live model, material and quantity estimation, costing and reporting, exporting the BOQ
- Module 9 · Client presentation & workflow integration – presentation boards and layouts, interactive client walkthrough, SketchUp and CAD integration, final project and portfolio
