Building Information Modelling (BIM) is how buildings are now designed and built in Malaysia: one shared, data-rich 3D model instead of separate drawings. Since 1 July 2025, the Ministry of Finance's Treasury circular PK 1.15 requires BIM for government development projects worth RM10 million and above – so firms need people who can model, coordinate and manage BIM.
