Registration Steps

Step 1: Fill Up Application Form

Malaysian Student

  • Read the applicable “Terms & Conditions” before completing the form.
  • Complete the form in BLOCK letters. Request form from admission@mttc.edu.my
  • Certified copies of Academic Results relevant to entry requirements.
  • Photocopy of Identity Card back and front copy.
  • 1 passport sized photograph with white background (35mm x 45mm).
  • Portfolio consisting 3 pieces of Original Artwork, if applicable.

Step 2: Make Payment

All cheques / bank drafts / T.T. should be made payable to :

SCS Education Sdn Bhd

Kindly place name of student and I/C or passport number in the reference column.

Step 3: Application Submission

All completed forms and payment slips should be submitted via email to admission@mttc.edu.my
